Airbag system compatibility with accessories (Backpack, Heated & Cooling Gear , Backpad, Chestpad, Neckbrace, etc…)

The total weight of the backpack must not exceed 8kg and it must be worn on the user's back. The use of abdominal and chest straps is not permitted. When pulling the shoulder straps forward, there must be a distance of 10 cm between them and the front of the shoulder.

Airbag system compatibility with outer layers (Jackets, Suits, etc…)

The In&motion airbag system has been conceived to be worn a motorcycle jacket. How to be sure that my airbag product is compatible to my motorcycle jacket then?

Can I pair two different In&box to the same user account?

For now, it is not possible to pair 2 In&box to the same user account. Each system is paired to a user account and one e-mail address.Therefore, you need to create a new account for the second In&box with a different e-mail address and subscribe to a membership thanks to this new account. Once this process done, you will be able to pair your In&box to this new account through the mobile app.

Can I use an intercom while using the emergency call?

You can use a connected Bluetooth intercom (music, calls, etc.). In case of an accident and airbag inflation, the alert will be launched and the alarm will sound on the standard audio output of the intercom.

Cancel my membership

You can cancel your membership if you have subscribed to the Revolution offer. If you wish to cancel your monthly or annual Revolution membership, this is possible at the end of your commitment period (1 year for annual Revolution membership, 1 month for monthly Revolution membership).

Change my password

If you can no longer find your password, simply go to the "Moto Membership" website page or to the “My In&box” application’s home screen and click on "Forgotten password".

Changing my bank details

Your credit card changed or expired? You can go to your personal account area on our website in the tab "My account" > "Personal details and Billing" > "Method of payment" and simply change your banking details. 

Charging and battery life

Battery life is estimated at 30 hours of continuous riding. The charging time is around 2 or 3 hours. 

Configuring my Wi-Fi access point

This step allows the In&box to automatically connect to a WIFI network when it is charging. This connection is used to automatically download updates.

Do I need an In&box?

Do I need to activate Bluetooth every time I travel?

On your mobile, the following three functions must be activated for the emergency call to work: Mobile data (3G, 4G...), Geolocation, Bluetooth.

Do I need to download the Liberty Rider application to benefit from the emergency call?

The function is directly included in the My In&box application, so you don't need the Liberty Rider application to benefit from the emergency call.

Do I need to open the My In&box application before setting off?

Does my In&box need to be connected to my mobile app during my ride?

The In&box is totally independent and autonomous. It therefore does not need to be connected to the application to be able to detect your movements and trigger the inflation of the airbag. The application is used to activate your In&box and view your dashboard but your In&box can work even if you don’t install the application.

Does the airbag system deflate after an inflation?

For safety reasons, the In&motion airbag system was conceived to stay inflated all along the fall in order to protect you in case of multiple collision (obstacle, vehicule, ...). Even if the pressure will lower few minutes after the inflation, you will need to remove the inflator in order to empty all the air from the airbag.

Does the emergency call work without a mobile network or mobile data?

For the emergency call to work, the phone must have access to your operator's mobile network (if there is no mobile network, it's as if the phone is in aeroplane mode). At the same time, the phone must have access to mobile data (3G, 4G, etc.), regardless of signal strength.

Is my In&box waterproof?

The In&box can be used in rainy weather provided it is properly inserted into the vest and worn under a motorcycle jacket. However, it was not designed to be submerged.

Purchase a second-hand airbag system

It’s easy to purchase a second-hand airbag product from a third party. However, this is only possible for the In&box if the seller has chosen the Classic offer (i.e. the In&box has been purchased).

It is of course possible to travel with your In&motion airbag system! Warning, make sure to turn off your airbag system when using any other transportation or when the airbag product is not being worn (topcase for example)!

Using the adventure mode

Adventure mode is designed for Trail, Leisure Enduro, Cross-Country Rally practice on drivable paths.

What are the differences between modes?

As the types of driving are different on track (circuit), on road and off-road, we have developed three detection modes that adapt to your practice. Your protection is thus optimal in each discipline. So be sure to activate the correct mode!

What should I do after the airbag inflates ?

After an inflation, the airbag system is reusable. You simply need to replace the inflator (gas generator) and to follow the after-inflation process hereunder in order to make sure that your airbag system is not damaged.

When does my subscription start?

Subscription starts as soon as you subscribe to the offer. The payment will be debited on the anniversary date of your membership (the same day of your subscription).

Where to buy the products equipped with the In&motion airbag system ?

The In&motion airbag system was conceived to be integrated in our partner brands products. Therefore, our partners commercialize and distribute the airbag products integration the In&motion technology.

Will it be possible to opt out of certain offers?

The commitment depends on the formula you subscribed to: for the monthly formula, you committed to one month (renewable) and for the annual formula, you committed to one year.

Will the emergency call work if my phone is too far away from my airbag waistcoat?

The In&box (inserted in the back of the airbag waistcoat) and the My In&box application are connected by Bluetooth, so the phone must not be too far from the airbag system for the alert to be launched correctly (ideally the phone should be less than five metres from the airbag).
